"CAUTION: AVOID THIS COMPANY!"
CAUTION: AVOID THIS COMPANY! The glowing reviews you see about this business are outdated and no longer true. They’ve really hit rock bottom. This outfit is unreliable, and I’d call them scammers with zero integrity when it comes to their customers.
Let me share my experience (2018).
I recently placed an order with them and waited a whopping 42 hours for delivery. When I tried to reach out through their live chat, it was down. I shot them an email, and after 5 hours, they replied with, "use the chat bro." I reminded them that their chat was still down. The next day, the chat was up again, but I was informed they were out of stock for my order and it would take a few days to sort it out. I was willing to be patient and kept my order open for another 48 hours. But on day 7, still no fulfillment. I asked for a refund, and they told me I’d get it "later." After a couple of days with no refund, I tried their live chat again, waiting 30 minutes without a response—totally ignored. I had no choice but to file a case with PayPal for my missing refund, which feels like theft. Now, it’s day 7 of that case, and I’m starting to think they have no plans to refund me. In two days, I’ll have to rely on PayPal to get my money back by filing a fraud claim. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 4 years, and this is how they treat me? They’ve taken over $100 and cut off all communication. I strongly recommend steering clear of their services; they’ve turned into scammers and are no longer trustworthy.
One more thing: I tried to leave feedback on their site, but it’s strange that the reviews only go up to the end of 2016. It’s been weeks since I posted a negative review, and surprise, surprise, it hasn’t shown up.
Pricing: Take a look around because it’s actually safer to buy from your gaming company directly. Their prices are only about $5 to $10 more, and you won’t risk getting scammed or running into trouble with their policies.
